We all have to eat, breathe, and drink - maximize these daily tasks by doing them mindfully and consistently.
Get 2 or more servings of vegetables by making a smoothie in the morning. Be sure to "chew" before swallowing (don't gulp it down!) and add a protein and/or fat - think coconut manna or oil, nut butters, seeds, etc.
Add to one cup of berries some/all of the following vegetables:
- Carrots, especially the purple or yellow variety
- Purple cabbage
- 1 cup or more of spinach, chard, kale, or romaine lettuce
- Celery stalks
