Not All Supplements Are Safe
I am very serious about the quality of over-the-counter products I recommend. Nonprescription products, especially botanical (plant) substances, are insufficiently regulated. For this reason, I do a lot of research and only recommend product lines with stringent quality control processes. If you are unable or unwilling to purchase brands that have demonstrable quality control procedures, please discuss this with me so we can develop a suitable strategy for you.
3 Ways to Get Quality Supplements
High quality supplements are hard to buy. To make it easier, I have an account with FullScript, an online dispensary that will ship your supplements to you along with a detailed instruction plan. They give 20% off the suggested retail price of most products. You are not required to purchase supplements through FullScript.
For those who are not established clients but want to order products from reliable companies, you can do so through my portal at Purerxo.
3. Shop Local
